● Conduct Internal Department meeting to discuss about NPD product, customer complaints if any and secondary operation (metalizing, foiling, printing and assembly) issues.● Cross verification of first article approval, Line quality inspection report and final inspection report of moulded components.● Monitoring compliance of routine on- line QC inspection and quality testing at moulding plant.● Discussion with Production Dept. & Mould maintenance Dept. regarding in house & 3rd party running components quality issues● 3rd party - Qc clearance follow up and inspection report verification and routine approval● Conduct 3rd party/ supplier meeting and MOM preparation every month● Conduct hygiene & safety audit every month for moulding and prepare report.● Inspection report preparation & circulated report for new product of moulding components● Co-ordinate for new mould trials and to obtain approvals from R&D, EPW● Preparation of reference master samples in-line with the original master received from NPD and reissuing component masters periodically.● Preparation of product spec & packing standards for moulding components● Co-ordinating with NPD & Moulding production departments for the new component trials.● Provide refresh training to the line QC inspectors regularly.● Communicating the quality defects & customer complaints to all concerned and initiating for RCA to take CAPA.● Performing internal audits for ISO 22716 (Cosmetics Guideline on GMP) as per the requirement.
