Worked for Green field project 350 KTA PP Plant Spheripol technology from construction/ commissioning , start-up till normal run and stabilization . Reviewed the P&ID, C&E, control narratives and commissioning procedures. Led the loop test activities and function check . I was one of the committee member to optimize the plant capacity and achieved name plate in very next year after commissioning and back to back record production 367 KTA exceeding name plate capacity.Later, played vital role in improving Process safety and developing the Saudi nationals who joined as trainee.

Worked in PP Operation with role and responsibilities mainly in polymerization and plant expansion project. Improved the Gas phase reactor operations by optimizing the parameters which helps to achieve the sustainable quality index >90 % , reducing the non prime resulting into annual opportunity gain of 4.5 million USD.PCP catalyst line flushing automaton helped to reduce the unplanned downtime saving of 2.5 million USD per annum.

Worked as process engineer optimizing process parameters to enhance sustainable production . Led the P&ID and SOP review team.
