My responsibilities : •Preparing  Comparison chart of the RFQ (quotation)•Negotiate & Finalizing the Price•Raising purchase order  against purchase         requisition •Follow up with suppliers for on time delivery of materials, •Correspondence and dealing with suppliers, carriers etc, regarding discrepancy (shortages,excess, Quality issue etc,)•Cost Reduction through development of alternative suppliers, materials and process & assembly parts grouping activity.•Providing the feed back to the QAD against their NC of the supplier products ,Assisting to design and process for their new product development activity•initiation the line stoppage part take RCA,CA/PA•initiation the PPAP activity

•Monitoring manufacturing process&compliance with pre-set standards,trouble shooting&improvement in process capabilities.•Analysing root cause and take containment actions,CAPA through QC story approach.•Planning&preparing&standardizing all quality documents and records like control plan,Inspection guide card,process sheet and Inspection reports to a standard format across all products.•Analysing and mitigated risk from vendor relationships and vendor performance management.And continuous vendor monitoring with maintained detailed documents in contract management.•Contributing towards preparing documents procedures like PPAP & APQP.
