A "Performance Driven Professional" with over 11 years of experience in Process Design & Formulation development.Currently Part of South Asia Hair R&D Cluster team, as Technical Project Leader for upcoming new innovation project and for Generating saving through cost-effective programs like the use of alternate suppliers for RMs and formulation optimization.Last 10 years of experience in laundry processing for supporting Global Projects, Involved in the complete development cycle of starting from Pilot plant trials to establish the optimum process conditions, Scale up and Basic Engineering package developments for main plant scale followed by its commissioning.

- Had been a part of New Process development, with key role of scale of lab scale process to pilot plant, followed by making it Basic Engineering Package for Main Plant scale. Key Achievements:  Scale up of Wipe film evaporator.  Liquid-Liquid extraction trial to generate data of selectivity of solute at different phase ratio of solvent and operating temperature in packed column and its scale up.
