● Plan, conduct and maintain proper internal and external audits to ensure continued accreditation. ● Manage and guide the laboratory teams towards the right practices and regulations as per the QMS.● Extensive knowledge of product quality assurance systems and methods including ISO 17025.● Prepare and maintain QMS Documents such as Quality manual, Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instruction, Laboratory Quality plan, Installation Checklist, T&C documents in consultation to Engineering.● Vendor assessments, performance evaluation and technical evaluation for overall Services and procurement activities.● Ensure implementation of QA/QC management system and verify that the quality-related activities are in accordance with QMS.● Plan, implement and maintain both internal and external calibration of laboratory equipment and filing respective certificates.● Train & educate the staffs to uphold NABL standards and regulations as per ISO/IEC 17025:2017.● Maintain and uphold standards as per ISO 9001:2005.● Plan and conduct Internal Audits, Proficiency tests, Inter laboratory comparisons and Internal Quality checks.● Identify non-conformities and implement corrective actions based on the audit findings.● Analyze Customer feedbacks and implementing corrective actions.● Conduct intermediate checks and surprise inspections on Laboratory personnel to identify potential risks and implement corrective actions.● Prepare and maintain NABL files and data sheets as per NABL ISO/IEC 17025:2017.● Risk Assessment and mitigation to ensure smooth operation of laboratory and management activities.● Prepare and integrate Measurement of Uncertainty for all tests conducted at the laboratory.● Experience in facing 3 external NABL Audits ● Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem solving ability
