• Sourcing profiles through portals like Naukri.com, Monster.com, LinkedIn, Headhunting & Mapping• Involved in all gamut of HR activities that includes identifying requirements, sourcing & screening profiles, interviewing prospective candidates, salary fixation and follow-up• Experienced in handling senior managerial level of openings.• Co-ordination for walk-in test and Interviews doing all follow up till the closure.• Involved in various scheduled recruitment drives.• Maintaining trackers for strong database, daily report generations.• Communication and follow-ups with candidate before and post interviews.• End-to-end coordination of interview till the candidate joins the company.
