 Led data clean up, enhancements and migration of 10K commercial customers’ KYC data (NAICS, Legal Address, Tax ID, Cost Center) to support merger with Bank of Montreal. Led data integrations of 7 source systems into a 7 million customer capacity MDM within 18 months using Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) and Big Data environments; thus, enabled improved regulatory compliance by reporting of 32K customers and 33 K accounts ($1.14 B) which was previously missing. Acted as a lead point of contact for Business and IT teams, performed data analysis using SQL and HQL, created source-to-target mapping documents, provided walkthroughs, supported build and test efforts created UAT scripts and carried out Post Production Validations (PPV). Created and maintained the Data Integration product backlog consisting of user stories in JIRA. Prioritized user stories for each sprint and led backlog grooming sessions, identified, logged, analyzed and managed data issues per scrum standards in JIRA.
