Involved in projects stage for installing & setting up picture tube production line & responsible of:• Installation & commissioning of Robots, PLC, CNC controlled machines in project stage with Japanese Engineers. • Involved in production planning, break down & preventive maintenance of plant. & spare parts planning.• Core team role in implementation of ISO & TQM certifications in coordination with various dept.• Responsible to meet the daily production targets, Planning of manpower & raw material.• Increased productivity & overall Equipment Efficiencies (OEE) of bottleneck equipment.• Initiated various low-cost automation to increase the productivity & quality of m/cs.• Guide & Facilitator of the Quality Circles, suggestion scheme, Promotion 5S, safety training etc.• Increasing the manpower utilization & reduce Indirect material and consumable cost.

Underwent six months technical training on Automation & ROBOTICS systems at Kyoto Japan. Here I also learned and understand the Japanese way of working.
