I have a diverse and rich experience in IT support, ranging from cloud-based solutions to on-premises setups. Currently, I am a point of contact for customers who use Intune to manage and configure their devices and require immediate assistance with critical issues or advisory cases. I liaise with Microsoft engineers and product groups to provide timely and effective resolutions and root cause analysis for the customers. I also help them assess their current setup and suggest best practices.Previously, I was in B2B support where I performed desktop administration and some SCCM activities as part of the transition to cloud. I also handled active directory accounts, application management, file and folder permissions, printer access management and user guidance on IT related issues or questions. I collaborated with different teams such as SharePoint and OneDrive, Exchange, O365 team to assist users with access on sites, mailboxes, groups, DLs, roles, licenses etc.At the start of my career, I worked as a Service desk Rep where I learned the basic IT skills and Service Management in IT industry.
