Current1. P&L : Responsible for the Revenue and Profit/Loss of the Zone2. Design and Review the KRA, KPIs of the ground sales team.3. Develop & manage the team for ground sales to support revenue across the Zone4. Designing & Improving Processes : For scaling up the business, set up standard processes for cityteams, central support, implementation, , customers and how all these interact with each other5. Conceptualize and build a go-to-market strategy that supports the biz, keeping it competitive.6. Experimentation : Try the opportunities in a controlled environment, study the results and identify opportunities7. Work strategically with management to deliver forecasts, identify trending opportunities/challenges, andprovide recommended solutions.8.
