This was a start up company founded by very experience seniors of a reputed eLearning organisation. We were one of the 8 off-shore units catering to eLearning for Health Care UK and were primary stakeholders responsible for design innovations and solutions to eLFH.Managed a unit of 10 resources to cater to the graphic and multimedia development for eLFH (eLearning for Healthcare) which is a Department of Health Program in partnership with the NHS and Professional Bodies providing high quality content free of charge for the training of the NHS workforce across the UK.

My key responsibilities included understanding the development needs on a project to project basis, escalate non feasible aspects of development with alternatives where possible, manage resources, allocate tasks to team members, monitor development progress on a daily basis, conduct team briefings, be a part of the review process and deliver quality output.Entrusted to directly liaise overseas with client side personnel’s and instructional designers to discuss technical aspects, deadlines, resourcing and phase wise deliverables
