Stake Holder Management: • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine immediate and forecasted staffing requirements.• Conduct regular follow-up with managers and Design (Plan), develop and implement sourcing and recruiting strategies to attract qualified external candidates to meet established business goals, objectives and approved requisitions of hiring managers.• Manage and track all phases of Recruitment Life cycle.Engaging Employee Referrals:• Interacting with internal employees regularly and explain the benefits of Referring.• Primary focus on motivating Employees and increasing the referrals.Offer Management: • Conducting HR interviews and salary negotiation with the selected candidates. • Preparing Salary Approvals templates and follow-ups for Salary Approvals. • Generating offer management trackers and generating weekly & monthly recruitment reports. Conversion Activities:• Follow up with the candidates post offer stage and keep them warm to ensure offer conversion.• Document fulfilment as per Background Verification Team requirement. • Handling all the functions from releasing offer letters to employee on-boarding.• Ensuring a smooth communication flow between the client and candidate and ensuring a timely Joining of the candidate.

• Handling a team of recruiters. • Involved in the discussion of marginal rates and rate quotes for the contract resources.• Discussion about the contract duration with the clients.• Maintain and update status of all ongoing position (status of interviews, candidate short listed for various rounds).• Making and Maintaining Weekly and Monthly MIS- (in the form of Active cases / Interviews conducted offer made /Scheduled / offer made / offer accepted/ joined).

• Involved in client interfacing for gathering the requirements• Understanding & analyzing the requirement of the position.• Involved in the discussion of marginal rates and rate quotes for the contract resources.• Sourcing relevant profiles from job portals, job postings, mass mailing, database, groups etc.• Following up with candidates with acceptance of offer letter and to confirm the joining date.• Discussion about the contract duration with the clients.• Scheduling Interviews for the resources with the technical panel members. • Maintain and update status of all ongoing position (status of interviews, candidate short listed for various rounds).• Maintain the database for different skill sets & preparing Reports on weekly and monthly basis.
