• Strategic HR (Policy development & implementation), PF Work.• Employee Relationship, Grievance Redressal, Compensation & Retention Management.• Conduct needs assessment for manpower requirement for the organization.• Complete Recruitment Lifecycle (Sourcing, Lining up, screening, short-listing and selection of candidates, Issuing of Appointment letter, Induction of the employee).Training & Recruitment (I head facilitation, Training & Recruitment at IRS):-• Apprise the training team on new projects & developments.• Generating leads and successfully liaisoning with prospective employers in India & Abroad to facilitate recruitment & training of potential and capable employees. • Sourcing of candidates for various Recruitment projects at Domestic as well as International level.• Establishing, improving corporate liaisoning with leading international and national brands, sustaining client relationship.• Brand building exercises (Alumni coordination, Intl. Retail forum participations, organizing placement programs) for greater visibility of the organization.• Successful Corporate Liaisoning with Brands like Harley Davidson, Tommy Hilfiger, PUMA, Madura Garments, Wills Lifestyle, Artdinox, Foyer, General Motors, HiDesign, Mahindra Retail, Landmark – Dubai, Rivoli – Dubai, Uni Style Image, Blues Clothing, UCB, Kingdom of Dreams, OMA, Janavi, DaMilano and many more to add.
