I have a long international experience in the energy and industry sectors, where I have developed and implemented innovative solutions that enhance safety, sustainability, and productivity for our customers and partners. Currently, I am a Category Manager at Hilti Group, a global leader in providing products, services, and software for the construction industry.As a PLS (Product Leadership) certified professional and an offshore expert, I lead the cable management systems portfolio, which includes multidiscipline support systems, cable trays, and cable ladders. I steer and support the development of key accounts, the competency increase of international teams, and the launch of new offerings. I also leverage my previous experience as a Project Sales Director and a Segment Manager to drive strategic global accounts and lead capture teams for mega offshore projects, such as Arctic LNG2.
