• Drove the change of FR Prime acquisition strategy: built deep analysis and recommendation to switch from Monthly to Annual billing plan. Demonstrated intense backbone to influence and convince US leadership, the switch.

• Responsible of member Acquisition for FR Prime and manager of the PM responsible for FR Prime segments, coached the employee and built promotion cycle to next level.
• Drove “Premium to Prime” rebranding project (8 months) in FR and ES: managed the branding switch overnight on more than 150+ locations Amazon-wide, coordinating 40+ stakeholders spread through the entire Amazon.
• Launched Prime Monthly billing plan in FR (2018) and managed all project streams: Tech, QA, CS, PR and Marketing.
• Owned and delivered Prime content testing strategy for FR, with strong results: acquisition efficiency rate was up by +200bps in 6 months
