• Responsible for driving EU Prime innovation in collaboration with 25+ Product Managers on all product verticals: (1) defined EU innovation framework from idea generation to product definition and tech specs, (2) animated monthly ideations session with 30+ PMs on various Prime verticals, leading so far to 8 products proposal and 3 projects on tech roadmaps and (3) drove on my own business and tech specs of 2 products on Live Sport

• Launched Prime Student program in FR IT and ES: (1) built business and tech product specs, (2) deployed the program with an international tech team of 8 developers (China based), (3) managed a €1M+ online and offline marketing budget. Post-launch: owned FR Prime student program and managed the Senior Student Marketing Manager. The program generated 6-digit members in first year, above goal by +27%.

• Acting as proxy of FR Prime lead (N+1) during 7 months, responsible to drive and report on the whole FR Prime business, collaborating directly with Amazon top management: Amazon FR country manager, WW Prime VP and EU Prime Director. • Drove the change of FR Prime acquisition strategy: built deep analysis and recommendation to switch from Monthly to Annual billing plan. Demonstrated intense backbone to influence and convince US leadership, the switch saved up to a 6-digit number of Prime members per year.

• Responsible of member Acquisition for FR Prime and manager of the PM responsible for FR Prime segments, coached the employee and built promotion cycle to next level. • Drove “Premium to Prime” rebranding project (8 months) in FR and ES: managed the branding switch overnight on more than 150+ locations Amazon-wide, coordinating 40+ stakeholders spread through the entire Amazon organization.• Launched Prime Monthly billing plan in FR (2018) and managed all project streams: Tech, QA, CS, PR and Marketing.• Owned and delivered Prime content testing strategy for FR, with strong results: acquisition efficiency rate was up by +200bps in 6 months

• Responsible for all marketing activities of Home Improvement category. Built Deals strategy in Q3-4 with a new model to select and run deals allowing to over achieve Q4 deals target (by +333%) with deals representing approx. 8% of Q4 revenue.

• Managed one of the top 3 clients of the Agency (Citroën), implementation of digital marketing campaigns and websites: client annual budget was >€1M with Sales target exceeded (110%). • Managed the deployment of a CRM website with a dev team based in Vietnam (6 developers) for a €300K budget with a local team of 2 project managers.
