Key achievements:Obtained and executed strategic projects in one of the Japanese Bank in Indonesia which include:- Managed Service for Core Banking System100% successfulness of End of Day (EOD) processing which enable bank to run their daily business operation.- Internet Banking and Middleware to Core Banking SystemFully replace the manual operation of transaction banking to electronic banking where the system is online connected to Core Banking, RTGS, SKN, and Remittance system.- Workflow Management for Back Office OperationLay foundation of paperless and office automation for bank back office operation. Project was completed one month ahead schedule and drastically improved the SLA of approval process.- Data Mart for Strategic Business AnalysisWorking with customer to build Data Mart from various sources of data to ease customer in making strategic decision In addition, I also successfully completed NTT Data's new project management methodology training in Tokyo for 8 months and subsequently provided training in Beijing, Shanghai, Jakarta, Yangon, Kuala Lumpur, and Manila.

Key achievements:- Together with customer, successfully executed the initiative of Online Charging System (OCS) for the biggest of telco operator in Indonesia.- Successfully delivered Document Management System (scanning, capturing, warehousing, discovery) project to maintain 4 million documents within 4 months.

Key achievements:- Improved the company's position by being involved in the Value Added Service (VAS) project in one of the largest cellular operator in the Philippine.- Executed Service Oriented Architecture project that enable the largest cellular operator in Indonesia to launching their innovative products.

Key achievements:- Software Development of Customer Relationship Management for one of the biggest Australia’s Mobile Cellular shop.
