Duties are overall management of the operations for the School to Work Programme (a Programme collaboration between MSF, MOE and SG Enable to provide work transition services to SPED School Graduates in Singapore), Sheltered Workshop to Work Programme (a programme that provides employment for Persons with Disabilities within Sheltered Workshop services across Singapore), Enhanced Support and Intervention (a programme that handles referral cases to Allied Health Professionals) and Hospital-to-Work Programme (a Programme to provide the transition to work services for Persons with Acquired Disabilities).

Centre Manager with MINDS. Duties are overall management of Centre operations and programs (annual budget of approximately $2.5 to $3 million. Manage sheltered workshop projects and assist in developing social enterprises

Sales Engineer with CMR Products Pte Ltd. Duties are inclusive of sales of CMR products and services within the South East Asia Region. Meet sales targets and develop new markets.
