Duties & Responsibilities:▪ Project Handling (Design to Final Handover) and Reporting to Project Manager.▪ Supervising on installation and maintenance of Handling Projects includes CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, SCS, Intrusion, Intercom, SMATV and Home Automation Systems.▪ Handling Maintenance Projects (AMC) with proper maintenance schedule, Legal submissions and Approvals from MOI-SSD as per the client requirement.▪ Handling MOI-SSD Inspection and Approvals.▪ Project planning, Team scheduling, Estimating, Site Surveying, Studying and verifying the project technically before execution.▪ Scheduling and arrangement of required Manpower and Materials for the project.▪ Achieving project and invoicing milestone and collection of payments.▪ Following MOI-SSD regulations and conducting QC Inspection for completed projects before handing over and Detecting and correcting technical faults during the work as well.▪ Performing as advisor for all Legal, Design and Installation requirements according to QATAR MOI-Security System Department (MOI-SSD).▪ Conducting meetings with MOI-SSD officials for legal advises and approvals. ▪ Ensuring that all project specifications are implemented in the technical solution and are compatible with the project's overall architecture. ▪ Developing professional relationships with the client by conducting meetings, demonstrating and understanding of their business and technology requirements and achieving reliable, timely and high-quality delivery.
