Provide Engineering expertise for the design and engineering of Renewable energy projects and gathering systems, having fair amount of knowledge of Solar energy design & execution, Project management and On-Field Operations.Principal Accountabilities:1. Perform designing and project strategies for renewable energy projects including preparation of the following documents/drawings:  Scope of Work Bill Of Materials Instrument/Equipment Data Sheets Cable Schedule. Cable layout Wiring diagrams 2. Assist Project Management and other end user groups to clarify design and engineering related issues.3. Analyze capacity bottlenecks in renewable energy systems and suggest options for improvement or remedial solution.4. Prepare Procurement Specifications for projects.5. Prepare Scope of works for the safe & complete execution.6. Verify project completion and compliance with Codes, Standards & answering site queries, etc.7. Co-ordinate with other discipline engineers, departments, such as maintenance, procurement to ensure that all Technical, operational and safety requirements are met.8. Provide Technical support during construction, commissioning and handover activities.9. Identify and pursue new technologies for possible applications in new & existing projects.10. Standardize Renewable energy design procedures in line with ICEBERG INDUSTRIES standard design practices/ standards and other applicable industry codes, standards and recommended practices.11. Design and introduce procedures that will achieve the following targets:-i. Manpower Utilization.ii. Equipment Reliability.iii. Preventive Maintenance Work.ii. Maintenance, Cost Control and Monitoring Program.iii. Integrity of Critical Equipment.

A six week internship program at the field of PPL named as Chachar Gas Field located in Sukkur. I learned there instrumentation, power generation, maintenance, automation, gas compression, measurements, transmitting and receiving devices, ISO standards and all the process of a gas plant.I was assigned few tasks there specially of daily monitoring of the process variables of the plant and to report the supervisor.I attended some courses there regarding safety.In Control room I learnt how DCS (Distributive Control System) is working and synchronizing the generators of the facility and load management. I gained hands on experience on Gas Chromatograph, Flow analyzer, moisture analyzer and H2S analyzer, compressors, detectors and all the types of valves used there.

Attended a six week internship program with BP Pakistan Exploration and Production Inc. at its 17 field locations in Badin region and visited plant facilities. Learned how electronic instruments and gauges are mounted and properly calibrated.Prepared maintenance historic data of PSVs from year 1995-2007 to record its number, set pressure, capacity, test medium, rating, make and range.During my stay I visited Reciprocating Compressors, Screw Compressors, Generators, Separators, Oil wells, Gas production facilities, Rigs, Oil loading terminals, Slug catchers.
