An experiential training series that takes budding entrepreneurs on an exploration of their life experiences to discover their personal visions on their entrepreneurial journeys. Integrated into learning modules of the program curriculum at their respective incubation centers(e.g Lean Startup Method, Developing Customer Base, Building Teams etc), the workshop series concurrently trains at three levels: the individual – personal life experience and uniqueness of the entrepreneurs to define their life vision; organizational – play spirit in the startup teams’ gestation, operations and growth; and cultural – startup founders’ personal visions translating into positive societal impact through their startup ventures. This three-level framework, along with its embodied approach has a concomitant reflective component, by which the entrepreneurs will implement their learnings into the ongoing stages of their startup incubation, thereby helping their success in the incubation program and business be an outgrowth of their developing personal visions.

With embodied methods of theatre and improvisation, I facilitate medical students in harnessing and developing their personal expression, inner voice and vision for life. Through hands-on variant theatrical styles, they harness imagination, creativity and teamwork with the underlying value of 'play'. Artistic grounding in live performance is foundational for their grooming and development in their professional lives.

Through UFacilitate, I work with leaders to facilitate engaging and transformative experiences that bring about Connection, Collaboration and Co-creation. Facilitation is a critical 21st Century leadership skill, and I also help to spread this skill to leaders in different organizations and sectors through the UFacilitate Coaching Process.

Through Dramajik, I design and implement customized embodied interventions for organizations to help cultivate their workforce and cultures in line with an ethos of sustainability, empowerment and human development.

I design and conduct improvisational theatre pedagogy with budding artists, actors and performers, creating multiple frameworks and formats for in-class trainings, workshops and live performance shows.

I facilitate and coach middle school children to hone their personal voices by cultivating creativity, imagination, teamwork, interpersonal skills and play through play-based performance methods.

In my role, I was responsible for implementing 'play' as a broad-scope value at different levels of the organization through Applied Performance Arts, which resulted in the following initiatives: Play Lab: A Performance Arts module for kids aged 4-10 that explored and created characters and stories from children's innate creativity and imagination. Play Space Sessions for Teachers: An open play-centered space for teachers that provided room to plough and reflect personal and professional experiences of significance through embodied methods of drama.Parenthood Hub: Performance-based Play Space for parents and family members. Drive-in Theatre: Wrote and directed drive-in theatre play for children "Wishy Washing", performed by teachers, at Bahria Auditorium Car Park to maintain social distancing protocol during COVID.

-Trained marginalized youth from seven districts of Karachi in using theatre as meansof social change and civic engagement.-Mentored youth on using theatre in social action projects aiming to bring positivechange on issues of inter-faith harmony, women empowerment and violentextremism.

Designed and conducted improvisational drama to 4th, 5th and 6th graders to cultivateimagination, build confidence, teamwork and expression.Produced and directed first-ever school improvisation showcase for theschool community.

Conducting sessions with "Beyond The School" Drama club where secondary school students engage in team-building, improvisation and reflection to devise critically-informed pieces.

Conceived, planned and initiated Pakistan's first theatre department in a school setting as part of a USAID grant, serving the following roles: Grant Officer:Liaison between school administrators and Donor agency in setting up the grant.Curriculum In-charge:Responsible for designing theatre curriculum and teaching classes 6 through 10 twice a week.Teacher-Trainer:Trained indigenous trainees from Lyari as faculty for the Theatre Department.Wrote a Teachers Training Manual for Theatre Department as fulfillment of Grant Deliverable.

Responsible for planning and conducting freshman English-writing courses in Media Studies, Pharmacy and Speech and Language Sciences departments.

Course Coordinator/Lecturer• Responsible for designing, teaching and executing Foundation Year (140 students) Liberal Arts writing- workshop alongside training faculty.Course on History of Culture Plays Coordinator• Core responsibility of organizing end-of-year History of Culture plays including advising students on script-writing, conducting theatre exercises and coordinating rehearsal sessions.Course on Research Methodologies Teaching Assistant• Responsible for assisting course instructors with multiple tasks including facilitating students’ dissertation writing process with writing exercises and technology aids, maintaining students work and organizing course material.

Conceived, planned and implemented USAID funded project "Character Building Through Theatre Education" in Usmania Memorial School, Lyari, Karachi. A six month program for Grades 9 and 10, students were introduced to theatre activities as means to build teamwork, trust, self-expression and critical reflection.Curriculum In-charge/Teacher for Grade 9 and 10 in a six-month long Theatre program.
