• Handling a team of 17 members• Responsible for day to day functioning of work including production• Strong focus on internal SLAs• Provide the relevant process reports on a daily basis• Ensure adherence to established Risk procedures• Ensure adherence to established internal and external Risk procedures• Responsible for delivery of all customer and shareholder metrics • Responsible for Goal setting, Performance reviews and development plan for all direct reports• Provide development opportunities, coaching, and resources• Responsible for compliance for all processes and policies• Lead and maintain employee satisfaction and morale by using reward/recognition tools available• Collaborate with the console in forecasting, scheduling and leave the planning• Manage churn/attrition of team members• Foster open communication by conducting regular meaningful team meetings/huddles to share success and challenges.

Responsibilities Assigned:• Handling a team of 16 as a Group Lead• Preparing Invoice aging report, Unpaid invoice, Process Weekly and Monthly Reports,• Preparing aging report, Unused PO report, Weekly and Monthly Reports• Seeing the inventory has been cleared within the stipulated SLA,• Providing resolution to queries raised by Onshore team,• Resolving team queries,• Responsible for the Team’s performance, accuracy and production,• Working on automation of the process,• Conducting brainstorming sessions for the team,• Buddy up and Training to be provided to the New Joiners,• Various process improvements carried out to bring process efficiency through various process excellence,• Data Maintenance & Auditing,• Handling various Projects as per Business requirement.• Timely processing of Invoices, query resolution and make sure for the timely payments to suppliers.

- Vendor Invoice processing and Invoicing to Line on behalf of Agency.- Coordinating with vendors as well as Agency to clear the past dues.- Ensuring Payment to be received from Liner service.- Generating Payment Instruction to make Vendor's Payment.- Target based work processing in respect to Amount & Invoices.- Preparing SOA (Statement of Accounts) of vendors.- Monthly Re-conciliation of Agency’s expenses.
