Current• Good knowledge of installation and configuration of Windows OS & Windows Server 2008 R2 & Server2012 with Raid configuration and ILO setup on Dell and HP servers, Windows 10, Windows7 etc.• GSFS connectivity, LGCSNET, Dealer net configuration and troubleshooting related to gsfs soft phone.• Cloud client troubleshooting .• Managing CCTV recording server and NAS devices configuration.• Handling FTP, SDS servers with and user management.• Savoir attendance support and troubleshooting.• Outlook mail configuration and troubleshooting.• Network Printer installation and troubleshooting.• Configuration of Multi video conferencing devices like polycom and cisco.• Hardware installation and troubleshooting.• Handling N-computing servers.• Active Directory & Services.• Enablement of windows services (DHCP, DNS & IIS etc.)• Hands on experience of Email clients on Exchange Server/OWA (MS-Outlook 2003/2007/POP3 SMTP (Installation of MS Outlook, Configuration, taking backup of PST file and troubleshooting related issues).• Good knowledge in Remote Working through MSTSC, VNC Viewer, R-admin, Dameware Mini Remote Control, Team Viewer , Net Meeting etc.• Good knowledge of trouble ERP/GERP related issues.• Installing and Maintaining Softwares.• Data Backup/Window Rename formatting of windows.• Troubleshooting and logical problem solving skills in OS. • Responsible for escalations of all Desktop and Workstation Technical issues.• Responsible for Production Support issues like Industrial pc installation, configuration and comport issues in GMES Production application.• Responsible for IP camera installation and configuration.• Responsible for Motorola MC 9190G scanners used in WMS (Warehouse management system).• Responsible for LG CIC (call centre) Support system related issues.
