Performance Materials approaches the market with a strong industry orientation. I worked in the industry to introduce innovative solutions using engineering simulation tools such as MATHCAD. Lab Analysis on Polyurethane and TPU(Thermo-polyurethane), its usage in Soccer balls, Infinergy (Ultra-boost technology in shoes), used NMR to enhance TPU capabilities in industry. Worked on ULTRAFOM, using Mass Spectro-meter. Got hands on experience in the lab with HPLC, NMR, Infrared and Laser Spectrometer. Worked in lab to help test durability for fireman’s suit and gloves by working with Kevlar and Nomex (Dupont Products).

Worked with the Global Engineering Department in respect to Capital Expenditure process, collaborated with Global Capex Coordinator using Excel tools such as pivot tables, updated drawings of the Chemical Plant using, Mathcad and AutoCAD, cataloged data from the Chemical Distillers and worked with GLC, Mass Spectrometer. Gave presentations to Engineers from 45 countries regarding the CAPEX Process Simplification using tools such as Microsoft Power BI and Share Point

Designed a more efficient transformer which could sustain immense electrical short circuiting and maintain larger electrical loads to lower cost and improve efficiency, while maintaining data logs of the voltage and current readings using Mathcad and Excel, Logic Board Circuits and Python.
