Organize and manage a maintenance department consisting of 36-40 skilled maintenance and engineering support staff, including plant M&E Project functions. Scheduled work for preventative maintenance program and on planned plant shutdown occurrences. Responsible for all operations and decision making related to a maintenance department in a continuous.

• Head of Dept. Responsible for managing a team 45 engineers and fitters for Installation, PPM, CBPM, Vibration analysis, Fault diagnosis, Develop & implement predictive maintenance system based on equipment condition.
• High power Diesel Engines/Diesel Generators.
• High pressure Air Compressors up to 400 bar
• RO plant 250 LPH self installed plant part by part.
• Centrifugal and Positive displacement Pumps.
• HP Air & Seawater Systems, Hydraulic & Pneumatic operated valves and components.

•  Instructor (Engineering) at the professional training base for submarines. Planning, organizing and controlling of instructions to officers and sailors for different modules. Prepared training aids including.
• High power Diesel Engines/Diesel Generators.
• High pressure Air Compressors up to 400 bar
• Central Air conditioning plants 20 TR, Refrigeration plants 55000 KCAL.
• RO plant 4 TPD, Centrifugal and Positive displacement Pumps.
• HP Air & Seawater Systems, Hydraulic & Pneumatic operated valves and components.
