-Compile meetings with DISTRIBUTOR / DIRECT DEALERS / CORPORATE SECTORS / END USER with an objective of generating new business with long term relationship.-Build relations with contractor or end user for briefing of products and quality and to make them realize that "we exist for customers" in terms of service providers.-To have brief introduction of payment and dues and re-anounce the terms and conditions as per company norms.-As a technical person I have to satisfy end user and owner with respect to quality and benefits / support in all terms and conditions with the best services driven and on priority or urgent basis.

-Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines- Identify & develop new customers to grow sales of solvent based, sprayable/white adhesives. -Regular follow-up for orders and receivables with all the customers-Build long-term relationships with new additional and existing customers-Daily reporting / DMS in terms of customer visits, collections & payment follow up-Test all the safety measure at initial product development level, mark high risk points and sort out by follow up action. It is followed by retest, pre production test and bulk test.-Again point out high risk & commercial risk and smooth production on buyer standard.-To set and assign target as per market potential.-Follow up with team executives on daily workings, visit plans, customer targeted, new developments.-Keep an eye on daily productivity calls made by them at the end of day and have the troubleshooting during making visits with dealers/retailers/end users.
