• Responsible for planning, monitoring and coordination of Submarine construction.• Gained experience at Project Site (Submarine Construction Yard) while working at ground level. • Responsible for driving operational excellence of end-to-end Supply Chain operations to provide technical inventories for all ships, submarines and establishments, identification and mitigation of risks, hence providing functional solutions to all requirements while confirming compliance to Organization’s policies and alignment with goals.• Carried out in-depth analysis to identify supply-demand gaps for 3 lakh+ type of inventories, identified risk areas, followed priority management to plan activities, thus achieving elimination of lag, and timely and uninterrupted supply of stores all customers.• Identified key customers through consumption analysis, forecasted demands, shortlisted vendors and concluded 250+ contracts worth INR 300 Cr+ with Indian/ foreign suppliers attaining 24x7 availability of stores & 100% customer satisfaction.• To improve compliance rates in meeting emergency requirements & ensure 100% customer satisfaction, carried out root cause analysis of existing procedures, and consequently, conceptualized, developed & implemented an automated system to track, monitor and review top-priority requirements for technical inventories raised by ship and submarines, hence accomplishing fulfilment of same within 4 months as against existing 09-12 months, thus strengthening customers to meet operational commitments, as also savings in time & costs.• Concluded 20+ Rate Contracts, enabling implementation of Just in Time to optimize inventory and warehouse management.• Carried out inventory control operations with ABC, VED, FSN and HML analysis techniques, achieved ~10% pruning in scaled inventory leading to reduction in inventory carrying costs, limiting stock-out and focused inventory management.• As member of Organization's Audit team, carried out various internal audits, established/ refined parameters, followed process improvement and liaised with Central Audit Agencies to resolve legacy issues and to perpetuate compliance with Govt. regulations.

• Responsible for management of technical operations, inventory control, preventive and breakdown maintenance of ships’ machinery and planning of scheduled refits and repairs.• Led team of 75+ technical combatants and accomplished 100% operational readiness of ship for a period of two years through planning of maintenance activities, FMEA and risk management and liaison with stakeholders, with focus on task completion within stipulated timelines and nil cost overruns.
