-Led team of GSMs focused on supply chain strategy, budgets, supplier selection, capacity analysis, and facility readiness for the full range of Apple Watch Bands in a variety of materials.-Executed and managed day-to-day ramp operations of Watch mechanical components (200+) across multiple (15+) suppliers in Asia to deliver the Apple Watch Bands.-Negotiated cost, supply agreements, statements of work for NPI projects amounting to over +$100M spend/year.-Coordinated with finance, legal, planning, marketing, and product to plan resources, capex, opex and timelines.-Presented to senior management on a weekly basis regarding escalations and project progress.

-Manage enclosure component supply chain and development concurrently at 10+ Asia based vendors to achieve on-time production ramp iPhone 5c, iPhone5 and iPhone 4S. -Negotiate component costs to achieve aggressive budget targets for enclosure parts and production equipment iPhone projects with $500M+ per year spend. -Defined CAPEX budgets and managed over $1B of equipment across multiple contract manufacturer sites.-Develop cost analysis for major components to influence design/cost/supply decisions through presentation to Industrial Design, Operations and Engineering Leadership team.

Co-Author of Master Thesis "​ Development of Panama as a Logistics Hub and the Impact on Latin America" Participated in E-Lab (Entrepreneurship lab) supporting start-up Bodega Algae raise funds.

Coordinated relocation and expansion of manufacturing facility from Canada to Florida. Increased annual production from 1,500 units to over 4,000.Managed design, construction, installation and debugging of automated thermodynamic system to simulate conditions for the performance testing of world's first oil-less centrifugal compressors.Tripled production testing capacity in the first year of operations in Florida by aggressive design, simulation, instrumentation and automation.Launched production ramp up activities including implementation and training of Kanban system, lean initiatives and process optimization.
