My position was responsible for managing a portfolio of international, national and local accounts representing more than $400,000 such as Intel, Amdocs, VMware, Teal Communications, and 5G Open Innovation Lab. I contributed to more than $250,000 in sales during my tenure and used project management skills to craft authentic stories for clients using the Story Brand methodology through video production, photography, social media management, graphic design, website development, and podcast creation. I also strategized and helped lead the company’s marketing and business development efforts.

My position was responsible for the relationship-management and partnership-maximization efforts for Gesa Credit Union's affinity debit and credit card program. During my tenure, my team and I led the growth of the program by 19% (more than 6,000 members) through internal and external marketing campaigns. This program entailed cultivating and stewarding a growing portfolio of school district and collegiate partnerships across Washington State (including Washington State University). My role assisted in leading the creation and implementation of Gesa’s Grant Program awarding more than $200,000 to organizations across Washington State supporting teachers, law enforcement, firefighters, veterans, and healthcare organizations. I also helped organize company-wide, regional and state outreach campaigns, including leading Gesa’s Mission Partnership renewal efforts with The Memorial Foundation increasing the partnership from $30,000 to $75,000.

The Memorial Foundation is Central Washington's largest healthcare foundation with a mission to advance and transform healthcare throughout that Yakima community. As the organization's corporate partnerships manager, my role is to develop and steward a portfolio of more than 160 corporate relationships. During my tenure at The Memorial Foundation I have raised nearly $5M. I am proficient in moves management with the use of Raiser's Edge. I manage corporate partnerships who support The Memorial Foundation's four initiatives: Cancer Care, Children's Health, Compass Care, and Healthy Yakima. I developed the Mission Partnership, where corporations agree to a three-year, $30,000 partnership supporting all four initiatives. I was awarded out of more than 2,500 employees the 2018 Strategic Goal Achievement Award by Russ Myers, CEO at Virginia Mason Memorial. Virginia Mason Memorial is Central Washington's Children's Miracle Network Hospital. I serve as the director for the organization's Children's Miracle Network Hospitals program. I steward local and national corporate partnerships, manage campaigns that collectively raised more than $1,015,000 in 2019 (a 97% increase from when I took over the program in 2016), organize and facilitate 3 large-scale events, and create original content in the form of social media posts, blogs, hyper-local stories, and marketing materials. Under my leadership in 2018, Virginia Mason Memorial was awarded the small-market hospital with the largest year-over-year percent increase in fundraising at 36.12% (also the largest increase out of all 30 small, medium and large market hospitals in CMNH's west region). In 2019, I was selected by the CMN Hospitals corporate team to serve for a 2-year term on a national board of 12 CMNH program directors (out of 170 CMN Hospitals across North America) called the Hospital Task Force.

My position planned and implemented weekly to bi-weekly events, webinars and live-streamed programs to increase ownership and participation from WSU Global Campus students, focused on collecting feedback and data to shape programs to the needs and expectations of participants, supervised four student employees, and oversaw and updated Global Campus social media sites with over 3,000 followers. I was also responsible for building event registration forms and updating the Global Connections website.I built and maintained client relationships and collaborated with groups such as the WSU Alumni Association, WSU Libraries, WSU Student Financial Services, WSU Office of International Programs, The Edward R.
