While in the office responsibilities include answer website related calls for navigation assistance, password resets, and account management training of delegated administrators. On the Internet Response Team (IRT), I answered provider emails for web assistance as well was for benefits and claims issues. I also assisted with Provider Fee Schedule requests and helped train the call center on proper submission of those requests. I create month Web Tip Communications that are used to train representatives on various web functions in addition to being involved in multiple projects on a regular basis to improve functionality, productivity, and effectiveness within the CCC.

Assist customers (members, employers, providers, insurance companies and vendors) over the telephone with inquiries ranging from health insurance benefits, eligibility, claims status, premium payments, appeals, provider contracting, and COBRA. Work as a liaison between these customers and the various business units within the company to bring about a quick resolution to their issue.--Cross-trained on multiple products such as our Special Needs plans. As a level-II representative, deals with more in-depth probing/research on claims issues, over payments, and provider contracting issues. --Additional experiences include mentoring new hires, correspondence assisting, floor support, and conduct team training for new products and procedures.

Daily management of the facility included leasing units to new tenants and selling merchandise such as moving equipment and rental insurance. Maintained and monitored the security system and gate access. I made daily deposits to the bank. Processed all tenant payments. I maintained the cleanliness of the office, parking areas, and the entire 640-unit storage facility. Did routine maintenance work ie: painting, minor electrical repair, computer repair, cleaning gutters and patching small holes in roof. Oversaw on a weekly or monthly basis work done by professionals such as alarm companies, landscapers, plumbers, roofers, pest control, elevator inspectors, fire department (for extinguishers), etc…- Made weekly marketing visits to local businesses, apartments, senior homes, and mailed fliers and brochures to local homes for sale.- After a flood on 12/31/2005, was left in charge of a major clean-up project due to the water damage/mud covering the entire first-floor level. Organized crews for removal of the mud, contacted 240+ tenants whose items were affected, ordered additional dumpsters, worked alongside a crew to clean out units that tenants were unable to do themselves (about half of the units), pumping water/mud from the elevator shafts, hired professionals to pump our storm drains, and actively sought a resolution with the City of Pinole for clean-up of the creek that was to blame for the flood.- I headed up a major renovation project: a complete remodeling of the entire facility. This involved getting bids/hiring professionals from numerous companies ie: roofers, asphalt layers, sheet metal workers, painters, general contractors, door companies, tiling, cement, plumbers, electricians, etc. Once bids were in, companies in each field were hired and renovating began as soon as a schedule was worked out.
