Administration• Through and efficient deployment of retention measures, in particular for Personal Lines and SME, to ensure robust business Retention.• Ensure Senior Brokers and CRMs are fully supported on all presentations, renewals, data inputs, dairy system and generally back up the Teams to ensure service standards are highest possible.• Provide custom solutions to clients by articulating their needs and offering solutions that offer value for money, in working with other Teams.Claims Management• Receive, record, and accurately follow up on client claims as per set work flows efficiently and effectively.
