Duties and Responsibilities• Coordinate health, safety and environment at all working locations • Planned and directed regular programs of health, safety and environment inspection. • Issued regular reports showing health, safety and environment performance and accident trends.• Prepare all necessary permits needed in all areas/ projects.• Attend the pre job planning meeting with the department/client with regards to the assigned project.• Conduct a toolbox meeting to all newly hired workers and personnel.• Monitoring all activities such as maintenance, excavation, concrete pouring, crane and heavy equipment operation, hot work and cold works operation.• Monitor safety standards and audits activities and facilities.• Planned and directed regular programs of health, safety and environment inspection.• Reviewed procedure for compliance with applicable laws and health, safety and environment codes.• Regular reports showing health, safety and environment performance and accident trends.• Monitoring daily inspection of all activities • Preparing risk assessment and method of statement that’s include safe working procedure • Meeting with the consultant and client to satisfy their need • Communication with the consultant and QHSE Department • Conduct induction and safety orientation training for the workers • Coordinate with safety team • Implementation of the safety and QHSE plan • Incident investigation • Daily , monthly and weekly monthly report preparation and their presentation with the consultant• Working on audit reports corrective action and NCR
