The description of my role is to monitor the live network (site status & Alarms) focusing on mailbox and WA to not miss any outages and alarms, Coordination with FMEs and other management to resolve issue timely, Dealing with 50+ TTs on Daily basis.Trouble Ticket (TT) creation, Escalation, follow up and update till closure. Analyze the main network troubles and recommend the preventive actions accordingly. Control the preventive and corrective maintenance and track the daily network activities. Alarms monitoring and network surveillance. OWS Ticket handling, TTs creation, Updates and closure of TTs. Assigning WO's to FME and follow up the Escalation Matrix in case there is no response from FME. Dispatching Field Team as per Process, for Critical Cases. Dispatch immediately and Follow up till Closure. Follow up the Escalation Process and Channels [Email, Calls, and WhatsApp] in case of any failure (TT and WO). Business Customer related complaints handling and follow up. Check and respond to any request/complaint from Customer and update immediately by email/Call/WhatsApp. Special Event Monitoring using dedicated Filters and Dashboards. Follow Escalation Matrix for any Major or Critical Incidents in Network. Preparing of Shift Handover Report and review the Open Cases during Each Shift, Shift takeover to be reviewed by Next shift. Manage and maintain SLA/KPI for the incidents and network (SLA Breached cases).
