Following consultative safety management system strategy to understand the Safety Culture, including current situation and future direction of the company towards EHS, proposing a series of solutions and capabilities that fit to their needs and enhance their ability to drive improved safety results.Roles & Responsibilities • Perform audits and report the effectiveness of the system safety program• Briefing safety of the program at technical reviews and as part of the safety approval process.• Expert in identifying hazards, Efficient reporting to develop documentation mechanism. • Creative and developing new safety pitches, Writing proposals and EHS plans. • Capability of building direct relation with the lower staff regarding safety. • maximize safety culture adoption with existing workers through meetings and toolbox meetings.• Plan, Create & Implement at work site. • Development, Evaluation, Educating workers at work site by signage the area. • Briefing safety of the program at technical reviews and as part of the safety approval process.• implementation of ILO and ISO 45001 Standards and regulation.• Managing complaints & conflicts effectively. • Conflict Resolution, Negotiation and Problem-Solving skills. • Recommend solutions based on client needs by using safety knowledge. • Proposed the up gradation and additional solutions. • Ensure the PPE’s inventory at site and coordinate with procurement will place order accordingly • Ensure site PPE compliance • Make sure standard Work Permit System usage at site. • Ensure basic Fire Fighting training and first aid training requirements. • Implementation of LIFE SAVING RULES (LSR) to protect workers at site.
