I worked overhere as a SHIFT Incharge in Injection moulding department & use to manage all the workers according to the need that they are more efficient to perform. Manage changeover according to the requirements and use machinery in efficient manner so that our production meets the Sales requirement.Also give plan for the night shift .

I have completed my six months industrial training from Sonalika International Tractors Limited, I have learned about the cycle time study of machines, basics of OEE ,5S and general things which are needed to work inside the industry.

I have learned about the JCB 3DX hydraulic system and its engine fabrication, all parts of the engine and also work on the site's related to live problems in JCB 3DX.Learned all the sensors and hardware of the JCB 3DX and all the services .
