The COVID-19 Pandemic has impacted many livelihoods across the global continent. It has caused many to change courses in their education and career pathways. A definite example would be myself where I was to leave a crippled aviation industry despite my passion and interests to fly commercially for airlines and turn to my second interest which was the financial sector for a new adventure and direction in line with my vision.The financial sector is usually at the heart of most operations across the globe. A human heart's main function is to pump oxygenated blood to various parts of the body. This enables our vital organs to function at their optimum efficiency levels and likewise a similar analogy can be used for the financial sector. Capital allocations by governments, heavy financial institutions and organisations play an important role in ensuring an accelerated and high level of economic activity occurs within a country. This directly affects and controls the monetary supply, banking services, employment opportunities, financial services and much more. The vital role the finance industry plays in the global and local economies heavily contributed to my decision to join the financial sector translating my interest into a career opportunity.With a vision in mind to assist clients of lower income groups in my local community bridge the current widening wealth gap and an increasing inflationary environment
