I am an Electronics Engineering graduate from Mumbai University and hold a Masters in Finance from D.Y Patil University, Navi Mumbai. I share over 25 years of extensive experience and expertise in the Education industry from Formal Education including Supplementary Education and E-learning, to Skill development and Training including Soft Skills and Vocational Training. I am one of the founder members of MT Educare Ltd. in India, popularly known as “Mahesh Tutorials”. The Company is a public limited company and one of its kind to reach a scale of Rs. 400 crores in revenue, in the field of school/college education and Skill Development through Public-Private Partnerships with the Government of India. As a founding member, I don many hats. I began my association with MT Educare by teaching Physics. I specialize in forging successful joint ventures with various educational institutions. I also oversee the customized development, execution and effective implementation of academic content.I am also deeply involved in developing modules for underprivileged students in an endeavour to make them self-reliant. I am an expert in end-to-end delivery of products and services, who has conceptualized, created and implemented - Digitization of Education through E-learning, both online and offline, LMS & PMS Integration, Learning and Development tools, Teacher Aids, Train the Trainer modules, thereby being instrumental in empowering and elevating 1,50,000 youth each year to success. I am a member for Education in the Indo-African Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IACCI). I am a front runner in delivering customized education solutions to various African countries and their governments through IACCI. I have successfully introduced Technology in Vocational Training in Middle Eastern and Central Asian countries like the UAE, Iran, Nepal, Bhutan, etc. My team is dedicated to the evolution of education and the encouragement of enquiry.Collectively, this plethora of achievements makes me an asset to the industry of Education Management.Furthermore, my first-hand experience of educating and mentoring students right from ideation to execution from the grassroots perspective of an edupreneur helps form a fool-proof and holistic sequence of events when it comes to Project Management.
