• Managing the student team, coordinating with the office staff and organizing both the Internship and Placement drives conducted at IIT Guwahati by more than 200 companies for more than 1500 students on campus• Establishing new while nurturing existing relations with numerous firms, companies and organizations in and out of India• Planning and executing various Training and Preparation Activities to help the students undergo a smooth transition from an Academic to a Corporate environment

• Selected from the batch of Electronics and Communication Engineering, my role involved planning and organizing preparatory sessions to help the batch improve upon their soft skills through GDs, Mock Interviews etc. and better their chances of recruitment.• Managed to bring in new recruiters and coordinated their on and off campus recruitment processes as a point of contact.
