Technology continues to evolve at an unprecedented pace. In the last decade, cloud technology fuelled major transformations across industries, from disruptive startups to large corporations reimagining their business models. In the early 2010s, I predicted that low-code platforms would dominate application development. This foresight led to the creation of TipoTapp, a low-code platform that I am proud to say is now accelerating product delivery across multiple domains at Forwood Safety.As the Head of Innovation at Forwood Safety, I have ideated and launched several products leveraging advanced AI capabilities. These include computer vision for detecting at-risk events and NLP techniques for efficient compliance management, among other applications utilising the power of large language models.Anecdotally, I believe that what has been done before will be done again, but better. The emergence of language models is set to further accelerate the reinvention of systems, processes, and technologies.
