Having responsibility as regular customer visits, payment tracking, warehouse inventory level and order following.

Having responsibility of full process from beginning to the; mapped the process for assigned project, made the planning schedule and arranged weekly meetings for project follow-up. Continued to be as a support point of contact after project implementation.

I worked in a transition group who provided support for banking system change to qualified VIT system to have more user-friendly interface and less costly system. I helped data integration into new system and supported team for solutions if any issue occurs during change. In addition, I was able to observe both the responsibilities of analysts and software developers.
