• Managing the Relationship with financial institutions and banks• Managing the Treasury team including 3 associates of Treasury department• Establishing cash and non-cash loan limits for the company• Negotiate and secure short/long term financing needs of the group companies• Reponsible from managing the financing , loans, refinancing activities• Executing the cash and non-cash loans, utilising Working Capital Loans • Ownership of cash management & cash forecasting process• Responsible for providing tight controls over cash and liquidity• Preparing the Cash Flow and reporting to the top management• Preparing cash and equivalent reports, evaluating cash needs and building net cash flows• Managing the leasing process and evaluating the leasing needs• Ensuring the leasing limits by working with Financial Instutition• Follow up the hedge needs and establish hedge limits for the companies• Manage hedging of forex and interest rate exposures• Prepare and send related financial reports to parents and banks, prepare and evaluate the financial risk files • Supervising the financial procedures and systems that are necessary to maintain proper records and to afford adequate accounting services• Support the development of the annual budget and strategic plan, and periodic forecasts through close coordination with top management• Establish receivable system (Direct debiting System)

• Managing the Relationship with financial institutions and banks • Establishing cash and non-cash loan limits for the companies • Negotiate and secure short/long term financing needs of the group companies companies • Executing the cash and non-cash loans, utilising Working Capital Loans (apr USD 100 mil / per year) • Preparing cash and equivalent reports, evaluating cash needs and building net cash flows • Participating in project finance loan negotiations and participating the execution of project finance and ECA loans (accomplishments: USD 100 mil project finance for a WEPP of 50MW - USD 360 mil project finance for WEPP 207MW) • Manage the follow-up of completed project finance and ECA loans (completing the CP’s and Establishing the repayments) (accomplishments: USD 85 mil WPP of 60MW and USD 68 mil HPP of 50MW) • Follow up the hedge needs and establish hedge limits for the companies. • Manage hedging of forex and interest rate exposures • Performing daily financial processes for 30 group companies, arrange utilization of loans for cash needs of the companies & cooperating with the banks regarding cash needs and operations • Manage bank accounts and execute daily financial operations • Manage shareholder loans and transactions for group companies, manage non-cash risks and loans of the companies, manage the interest costs for group companies & controlling the Company’s credit card process • Prepare and send related financial reports to parents and banks, prepare and evaluate the financial risk files • Supervising the financial procedures and systems that are necessary to maintain proper records and to afford adequate accounting services • Manage SAP projects (FI and TRM) • Establish receivable system (Direct debiting System)
