As an experienced IT professional, I have been working as an IT Systems Specialist at Özak Global Holding for 5 years. During this process, I ensured the operation and maintenance of the computer systems of the holding and group companies and ensured the healthy functioning of the units in the fields of software, hardware and network. I gained experience in Active Directory management, DNS, DHCP, Veeam Backup server backup program, Commvault backup program usage, Trenmicro Antivirus usage, Vmware workstation installation, Server backups, Windows operating systems, MS Office and End user support.Previously, I worked as an IT Systems Specialist at Temesist Warehouse and Racking Systems for 1 year. During this period, I took an active role in ensuring the use of Windows operating systems, MS Office, end user support, computers, printers and peripherals.
