Make or Buy decision-making for all TV products in development pipeline.- Strategic sources management: Management of strategic sources and projects for Arçelik White Goods and Payment Systems products.

Main Job Function: Category & Project Management- Parallel to an organizational change, shifted focus to Category Management of Strategic Purchasing Categories (Strategic Security & Strategic Critical), specifically to components that define the end product itself.- Low-level management of TV & IoT (Internet of Things) projects, including defining & configuring key aspects with cooperation of the related stakeholders. Appraisal of key resources with related R&D teams to determine need for outsourcing.- Coordination of outsourcing of the aforementioned key resources to 3rd parties in order to meet timing, reliability and cost targets of the specific projects.- Definition and management of 6-sigma projects in order achieve Project-level and Category-level optimization.- Responsible for projects related to 2 Million TV sets, corresponding to a sales volume of approx. $1 Billion. Responsible for a Purchasing Category Volume of $60 Million which covers TV & Payment Systems Software Licenses, TV CPU’s (SoC’s), Memory Products and all other Semiconductors for the entire Arçelik product portfolio.

Main Job Function: Category Management- Sourcing & Contracting, Purchase Price Cost & Total Cost of Ownership Analysis, Coordinating Materials Sourcing for Prototyping & Mass Production Transitions- Purchasing Coordinator for LCD / LED TV Projects, IP Cash Register & POS Hybrid Projects (Payment Systems)- Managing over 26 Different Key Accounts & 12 Strategic Product Categories with a volume of approx. $40 Million (LCD / LED TV Components including CPU, Memory, Remote Controller)- Managed a diversity of Product Categories and Accounts totaling $75 Million over 3 years, covering the entire Electronics Component purchasing portfolio of Arçelik.
