Throughout my career I have worked with suppliers of all sizes and shapes, corresponding to relationships from all four quadrants of the Kraljic matrix. From world tech giants to small local companies, I came in contact with different cultures and aspirations, thereby deepening my understanding of the dynamics of the electronics industry and its countless players.As the Procurement Lead in charge of strategic components in Greater China, I lead a team of senior buyers to create a long term procurement strategy for major categories (including displays, backlight components and semiconductors) related to the TV, White Goods and Payment Devices production within the Arçelik Group, representing a total purchasing volume of 500 Million USD. Since pivoting to the Automotive Industry, I have been leading procurement activity of strategic suppliers and categories related to infotainment & ADAS space - especially through the supply chain crisis that has engulfed the world since the beginning of the pandemic.
