My responsibilities;• Manage 3 shifts JIT&JIS operation and staff (5 white collar and 51 blue collar), preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties• Time and method analysis• Preparation of department objectives, monitoring, reporting, and the creation of action plans, KPI tracking• Apply continuous improvement methods such as lean manufacturing to enhance manufacturing quality, reliability, or cost-effectiveness.• Health and safety audits and improvements• Scrap management and reduction activities (Reduced scrap $950K/year to 110K/year in 2 years)• Prepare documentation for new manufacturing processes or engineering procedures. Managing engineering changes. FMEA/PFMEA studies• Plant KATA and 5S responsible• Department budget management• Department IATF responsible (Got IATF with zero major-minor defect)

Android Turkey has been awarded by Toyota to assemble tires & wheels of TMMT for next 9 years and now been founding its first plant in Sakarya. I’ve joined the project as Operations Manager at the startup.

SAS Automotive assembly cocpits (IP) in Ford Otosan supplier park according to JIT & JIS manufacturing systems. I've joined the project as a process engineer at the startup.My responsibilities ;• Plant startup; preparation of the new assembly line to the mass production• Recruitment and training of the new line team members • Management of the engineering change process • Management of the BOM ( in SAP)• Preparing maintenance instructions, plans and spare part stock management• Lean production and 5s studies• Equipment capacity & efficiency calculation
