•Taking part in all production stages of all type fiber laser cutting machine and gaining new experiences. (Bevel cutting, Pipe and Profile Cutting, 5 Axis Cutting, Sheet Cutting)•Field installation check out. •Providing customers with training on laser cutting, machine use, CAM program about on the field. •To detect malfunctions and provide fast solutions, via remote connection, after that arrange service for repair activities when needed. •Managing the team and planning field service on preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, predictive maintenance.•To detect possible malfunctions in optical, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, electrical, PLC, like different issues and to produce as soon as fast solutions at the field.•To observe the machine in tough runs on the field and improvment to suggest it more efficient.●Last one and foremost PERFECT costumer relationships.
