- Product management of ASUS Brand: ROG gaming laptop and desktop, Zenfone, ZenPad, FonePad, Eee Pad, Windows tablet, Eee PC- As product owner to start from target audience analysis, competitor analysis, then to define product specification, pricing/cost/profit, and verify schedule plan and business target before project kick-off.- Make decision for any change which would possibly influence business, manage the trade-off for the specification, cost and schedule.- Schedule target communication and confirm the project milestone and launch plan to hit the time to market target.- Forecast and Inventory management: watch the end-to-end information to manage product life cycle then to adjust sales FCST, production allocation and sales order by region and by country.- Develop partner relationship with key part vendor, system integrators to enable business operation.

Responsible for managing ODM project (electric consumer products) through complete life cycle, from strategic planning to end-of-life. Gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. - Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal cross-functional organizations-EE, ME, SW, factory.- Working with PUR to negotiate key components cost with venders and achieve price target. - Working with external third parties- technical/solutions provider to assess partnerships and understand new solutions or add features to products based on market trends.- Maintain close relationship with customers and vendors for awareness of products needs and perspectives.
