Muriel is a graduate from Leeds Beckett University with a degree in Economics and Finance. She has internship experience working in the financial sector having done a consulting internship with Bright network who collaborated with top consulting firms. Having, studied Advanced Financial Management and Applied econometrics whilst at Leeds Beckett University, Muriel is interested in how these skills of data collection and overall financial management can be used to help businesses achieve their targets. Muriel is eager to supply strong communication and teamworking skills which she developed in university and hopes to continue to carry through her career to deal with any business requirements. At her previous job Muriel had to communicate effectively with customers and work closely with members of different teams and levels of authority to provide customer service for customers and to a high standard. At school she was a course rep for her university degree for her year where she was able to become the voice for her degree group. Whilst doing her internship, Muriel had to use MS Excel to create Gantt charts and through her university education gained knowledge of EViews where she learnt to manipulate large datasets so that they could be used in business reports. She would like to work in a business analyst role for a company that shares her values of passion and innovation.
