- Coordinated the successful participation of our company in an innovation challenge for the Brazilian food industry, delivering a pitch to VPs and directors, resulting in the conversion of a major player as a client- Managed a portfolio of 30 client accounts, generating consistent monthly revenue and exceeding individual performance goals

- Validated the use of SOPAT probes in 16 new applications, resulting in increased accuracy in data collection and analysis- Made the onboarding of international workers quicker by translating training materials from German to English

- Led a team of 35 people, reaching the highest grossing semester of the company until then (BRL 60,000.00)- Managed two consulting projects and executed two others, including projects of technical-economic viability assessments, as well as product development and improvement- Coordinated the development and implementation of a new strategic plan, establishing clear goals for improving client satisfaction and member retention rate

As the area's director, my main goals were:- Team management: As the leader of the group of project coordinators at CONAQ, my main activity was to assist the others in finding the solutions to problems they were encountering, while also leading discussions aiming to better our knowledge of project management and quality control.- Leadership and Development: Also, I had the responsibility to assist the members that I managed in their personal and professional growth, inspiring them to occupy leadership positions and develop traits such as communication and time management.

Prior and parallel to my leadership roles, I worked both as a consultant, project manager and in sales, my results were:- As a consultant, I worked directly in two projects, one involving gluten-free breads (Alimentação Saudável) and one involving sludge treatment (Lodo);- As a project manager, I managed one consultant in a project involving arabic food (Pastas Árabes) and four consultants in a project involving frozen deserts (Masterchef);- I also took an active role on sales, ultimately having direct participation on 10% of the company's total revenue in 2018.

Took part in the organization of one of FEJESC's biggest events to date, in August 2018, where more than 300 junior entrepreneurs participated in, as a financial assistant, I:- Monitored the event's cash flow, making payments and keeping track of our financial situation;- Took care of reimbursements to the staff members;- Was a staff member during the days of the event;Overall the event was a huge success, receiving overwhelmingly positive feedback from the participants;
