Mark Urlage is a fitness industry veteran, with over 30 years of executive sales management experience. A graduate of Springfield College, Mark began his roots in fitness with Healthtrax and later went on as a Club Manager at Cambridge Racquet and Fitness Club in Cambridge, MA. After a successful run in club management, Mark went on to enjoy a 12-year tenure at Nautilus, Inc., where he held several key executive positions. As Vice President of Commercial Sales- “America’s,” Mark managed 105 million dollars in revenue through direct sales, government sales and dealer distribution throughout the US, Canada, Central and South America. Mark played a key part in successfully integrating sales personnel/distribution through the acquisitions of the Stairmaster and Schwinn Fitness brands. In 2006 Mark was recruited by Expresso Fitness as VP of Global Sales where Expresso saw unprecedented growth with over 10,000 bikes worldwide in its first 3 years. Expresso afforded Mark a wonderful opportunity to sell a line of interactive fitness products that were “truly unique and differentiating,” bringing a new concept to the industry. In 2011 Mark joined TRX as VP of North American Sales to help build a domestic sales team to expand the TRX brand of products and training to help take suspension training to a new level. Most recently, Mark was the Chief Revenue Officer for Blue Goji- who recently acquired Interactive Fitness/ Expresso. BG/ IFH delivers a robust interactive platform to clubs, YMCA, multi-housing, corporate wellness, university, hospitality, and consumers worldwide through direct and distribution channels.Specialties: Diversified experience in commercial, specialty and retail fitness- selling capital equipment.
