Currently in my last semester at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, I am preparing to graduate this December (2024) with a B.S. in Civil Engineering, specializing in Construction Management. I am eager to apply my knowledge and experience to a full-time role in the construction industry and am excited to begin the next step in building a successful career. As someone who enjoys problem solving, I've learned that the construction industry is the perfect place for me to grow and excel. I find excitement in the everyday challenges encountered on-site and I value the opportunities to learn something new each day. Through my internship experience and academic projects, I have developed skills to succeed in the dynamic environment of construction. As Project Manager for my capstone design project, leading a team of 4 other engineering students, my responsibilities include delegating tasks, coordinating across project teams, promoting a collaborative work space, and ensuring high-quality outcomes on every project.I have become technically proficient in a variety of programs including Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Project, and have gained experience with Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Revizto, WinEst, and Primavera P6. These skills, paired with my ability to interpret construction drawings and manage RFI’s and submittals, have prepared me for success in project management.I look forward to starting my career in construction management, driving successful projects, and continuing to expand my knowledge and skills within the industry.
