CurrentEstablishing and leading the digital strategy for the agency and clients. Working closely with senior teams on the client and agency side to educate and develop integrated and standalone digital strategies and campaigns encompassing social, online, offline, paid and earned channels.Responsibilities & Skills------------------------------------ Strategy - Advise and lead brands such as Triumph, Maserati and Citroën to develop effective digital strategies at a local level as well as adapting central team strategy for local implementation to deliver meaningful business results.- Campaign planning - Driving continuous improvement in the digital space by working closely with internal and external teams to develop new and existing creative campaigns. Integrated campaigns for clients such as Citroën have been hugely successful, delivering measurable business results and multiple award wins for social strategy, insights, research and evaluation.- Insights and monitoring - Establish an insights driven approach by trialling and investigating established and emerging insights and monitoring tools. Use of these tools to monitor and manage brand reputation online as well as delivering training in these tools.- Evaluation - Lead agency response to evaluation. Developing new measurement for clients that allows them to measure the success of digital/PR against advertising campaigns and win awards in the process.- SEO - Understanding of best practice and the impact it has on brand along with the role that the digital, social and communications teams can impact directly on it.- Community management - Oversee community management teams for multiple clients.- New business - Lead winning pitch teams for brands such as Triumph, Citroën and DS Automobiles.- Paid - Set up effective social advertising campaigns for Triumph to drive low cost test ride leads.
